$10 fee, who here can't take small fee, get over it. ib has to charge something because the market data is not free especially when they try to bring the lowest commissions to the table.
To be consistent with strategy, use some tools like button trader set the target and the exit point.(stop loss) Better method, uses scale-out-orders.
