I got a NetBank account for the sole reason that they do not charge for incoming wire transfers.:)

  2. You guys need to move out into the country. The guy that owns my bank lives down the street. We all have coffee at the cafe in the morning. He would get an earful if he tried that crap.

  3. An ACH transfer is not a Wire Transfer as far as I know.

I use B of A and just transferred a sum of money out of my account using an ACH transfer and wasn't charged a fee.

ACH transfers are similar to a direct payroll deposit in your account.

BofA has charged me for wire transfer fees to fund an IB account.

I think IB has a $1000 minimum for a wire. So if you want less than 1k, you would use the ACH.

Netbank rocks, been using them as my only bank since 1999.
