When I select that the account has margin/multi-currency capability I will be able to transfer the equivalent of USD 10,000 in any other currency that IB offers.

Under this policy .. does IB charge a fee for converting my foreign currency e.g. SGD to USD when i purchase US stocks.. similarily, when I sell my US stock, do they deposit back directly in USD or do they convert it back to my original currency.. is there a fee to all this conversion?
Or does IB charge an interest rate by lending me the USD to buy US stocks? IS there a link for me to find out more info on this? Pls advise. Thks
