Get popup like "Could not value this contract at this time." when tryying to place near money ES option orders.
they are messed up with this particular pop up veeeerrry long time ago. have no idea what is the logic behind this thing. i'm having those pop ups all the time,every day on random stocks on middle of the day for very long time.
I opened a trouble ticket about this problem weeks ago. The customer service rep incorrectly responded that the problem appears to have resolved. I wrote back on Oct 1 that I disagreed, and that I wanted the matter escalated to someone with higher authority or higher expertise, and ever since that time, I have gotten no response. Has anybody else opened a trouble ticket about this problem?
