Did i say, that I've got a reply or explanations from IB already? The problem with IB is that their customer service is very slow and you have to wait days to get an answer.

And yes, please leave me alone cause i can't bear your brilliant mind anymore.

I just took a micro russell and usual .47 a side. I'm not going to debate your experience with customer service, but mine has been very good the past couple of years. Last week I had a platform problem and was able to get a hold of a tech agent fairly quickly and they were knowledgeable and solved the issue quickly.

Did you use an IB algo to do the trades?
Did you do a lot of cancellation via the API?

    I found something strange:
I have two accounts, A for my trading, B for collective2 autotrading.
When I create an MES order on A and do not transmit but instead 'Check margin impact' the commission is $0.47. When I do the same on account B the commission is $1.07 ??

I think best to contact the service desk or if you care to, send me a PM with your A/C or ticket # and I'll look into it.

Kudos to IB and def for helping to resolve this mystery.
IB did NOT raise their commissions!
Fact is that a company called C2 Gateway acts as an introducing broker and taking 60 cents per MES trade, which is just ridiculous.

  10. Why did you switch to an introducing broker and not stay direct?
