IB: Market Data unavailable for a brief period during 11 PM to 12AM EST daily?

Is any one having this problem? Market data becomes unavailable for all markets for a brief period from 11PM to 12AM EST? I understand there is a daily system reset, but I am on the HK server which reset around 5PM EST.

 

Although you are on the HK server, if you look at your ip connections you'll see that you pick up us data from the us server. So when it drops you will see that data disappear although the hk supported data remains active.

 

Is there anyway to resolve this? No way I can trade like this.
