  1. def or anyone else,
If I am a llc, but I don't have a s7, do I have to register as a professional subscriber or can I do it as a non-professional subscriber.

The U.S. exchanges define any organization as a "Professional" as these entities are not considered natural persons. As an LLC is not a natural person, it would be subject to professional fees.

Is a trust considered a professional organization? Are there any additional fee's for trusts?

  4. I noticed no quotes on Hong Kong and Sydney futures. I'm pretty sure I have submitted all the forms a month ago and a week ago, respectively. The boxes are checked off on subscritions and I I have my world time right.

I am wondering what I have wrong here.

    bluestar,
i'll find out monday. i don't think a living trust would be classified as a professional account but I'm not 100% sure. i'll find out monday and post here (if i forget, pm me as a reminder).

    trader,
HSI front month is now Jan 2003
    SPI is Mar 2003.

Currently there we do not pass on any charges for exchange data for those exchanges so it shouldn't be an issue assuming you completed all risk disclosures etc. We do not offer the index on the screen yet since it might constitute stock data and then we'd have to deal with equity data fees. If you have subscribed to trade those markets as well as the data and you believe you have the symbols on your screen correctly, start an online chat Sunday NY Time after 9 PM. The markets are open then and customer service reps can look into things.
