Why hasn't IB returned reg T margin back to 4:1 intraday and forex on the majors back to 2%? These margins were changed this past winter in the interests of extreme volatility. Yet, the markets have returned to "normal" and margins are still at the elevated rates. Any IB reps still patrol this board that can answer? The chat-bots can't do anything but read from a script so they are useless.

Did I ask about your firm, jackass? If I wanted a firm that was a white label or an ib for a bucketshop (FXCM? Get real.) and didn't trade equities (apparently you responding to my inquiry indicates that you have no idea what Reg T margin applies to) then I would have asked you. But I didn't.
