On 7/6 I submitted an order to buy ACI at 7.56 LOC. ACI closed at 7.15, but the order was not filled. After many minutes on the phone I learned there was an "issue" with LOC orders. Apparently the order was actually submitted with a price of 7.12 even though TWS showed it as 7.56. I haven't received a promised callback so I don't know the status of this bug or if I will receive any relief. Check your LOC orders closely.
