Does anybody know if there is a way to set a limit on the amount of shares I can trade. I remember setting limits on futures contracts, but can't remember how I did it. I accidentaly put an extra zero on a 600 shr trade this morning, ouch!
On TWS, go to Configure, then to Order, then to Order Defaults. You can set size for different stocks.
I see how you can set sizes, but is there any way to set a limit so that I won't be allowed to make a 6000 shr trade? Thanks
