CC: @def @kostia00 So in attempts to make IB a better place to trade and a more complete offering for spread traders I finally took the time to sit down and figure out all the stuff that I knew was missing but hadn't actually documented anywhere. The odd thing is that I could have sworn these used to work. Try it yourself by attempting to place a stop order on any ICS spread (e.g. COIL.WTI, RB.CL, etc). For multiple reasons I'm not doing as much trading right now, but rather than just take my account and go elsewhere I figured I'd atleast make an honest effort to help improve things before giving up.
