IB KOSPI data is down

It was flashing on the bulletin button in the TWS sim platform but I do not get the bulletin on live platform . No data on either.

 

IB rep via chat told me I can enter trades even though there's no quotes/data. Anyone try this?

 

No bulletin on my as well. It is ironic that there is a bulletin in sim, and no bulletin on live.

 

What the hell are they smoking???? Trading without seeing the market??????

 

yea, i replied, that's like driving in total dark with no headlights!!

I'm not getting a backfill to the start of today's session, but at least it's something.
