aldrums - you're right. I sent a mail to IB customer support 3 days or so ago concerning this subject. Obviously, the manual still refers to this button. ( for those not familiar with OCA :One Cancels All in older TWS versions, it had to be checked, together with an OCA groupname for each order within an OCA group to clearly define them as part of this OCA order) Now, with the latest versions of TWS, I don't find the OCA button anymore, just the OCA name field. No reply yet from IB.
In the new version of TWS, the OCA name is all that is required to make an order an OCA. Otherwise it assumes that it is not an OCA. -DustPuppy
could IB put the shortable stock lookup window into the homepage (just underneath the menus on the left column) a small change but would save a lot of precious time when trying to see if something is available for shorting. No real reason why we have to burrow into the website to get this (other brokers have it on their homepage also)
Babak - I have the IB shortlist page inserted into the links menu on Explorer and have it as a shortcut on my desktop. So, I have the page quickly available whether the browser is open or not. I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but it works for me kempo
