I have the same issue. I've had SEBL for months now at the bottom of the page. Can't delete it.

    Hi Def,

IB market depth is very slow compared to Island or CME
    [see http://207.121.190.247/WebQuote/fortune50a.html ]

Is it possible to increase the poll speed of IB JTWS so market depth is refreshed more frequently. If the programmers can do it, it would be fantastic.
Also to remember the columns position in the market depth.

  4. Hi Def,

I just installed 712a, and I am a more than little irritated by the new feature that sorts transmitted orders by price. I admit that some people may find this function useful, so maybe there could be an option to toggle it on/off.

Just installed the new standalone TWS 721a. The new Account info page looks great. And it resizes perfectly. The Positions and the portfolio on the main page also are really nice.

Thanks IB...keep these nice changes coming :D

    Hi,

IS it possible to add a hotkey setting for the 'order' window ?
That would help because you can only get this screen with a mouse click now.
(stop orders must use the order window to be fully defined)

I use my normal Buy and Sell hot keys to open the order window (e.g. I press S to create a sell order and press S again to open the order window for that sell order).

  8. This has been suggested before, but since the new version can display the current position in the main window, why not add a "close position" function (and hot key) that creates an order with the appropriate number of shares?

dawnrazor : yes, that's right, I forgot that trick.
    fair enough.

yes, the idea of a 'close position' is not new either and is a great idea.
