Can anyone confirm if IB IdealPro splits a cross-currency order to its major-currency components BEFORE sending the order out to the liquidity providers? For example, is EUR/CHF split as EUR/USD and USD/CHF before routing for execution, such that the Interbank network only sees 2 separate orders, one for EUR/USD and the other for USD/CHF? Sorry for trying to get an answer to this question, but it is a crucial issue for us who do artificial intelligence-based models and who are working to automate trades with IB IdealPro. Thank you.
