IB IDEAL Forex conversion - help required

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to convert my GBP funds to USD for buying US shares on Interactive Brokers.

I've read IB's recommendation that IDEAL is for fund conversion and IDEAL PRO is for actual trading of currencies.

However, I can't find the IDEAL option in TW. Steps taken:

- enter GBP into ticker search
- select forex
- select GBPUSD
- IDEAL PRO is listed, but not IDEAL

Am I missing something? Any help would be much appreciated.
