IB is amazing. I have been dealing with a Booktrader histogram problem for several months now and they still can't fix it. The problem is that it won't update. I have to shut it down and restart it to refresh. In fact 2 people in their tech. support dept. told me that's the way it works. After I stopped laughing, I told them to cofirm that with someone and they came back on the line and said something must be wrong with my histogram. After telling me something I already knew I was told to submit a trouble ticket. Here it is 10/23 and no one has a clue. Anybody else have this problem with these mopes?
