IB helpdesk closed tonight ?

I am confused ... usually

when USA office is closed either HK or Europe office is open

for customer queries

tonight ... all offices are closed ?

anyway ... I called the GLOBEX control center myself

to ask some questions on trades executed tonight

 

why no good, it's from their website. should work for everyone.

from the cme

and IB HK office is open now and I spoke to them
as well
