IB have App for Android ?

I know they have one for iPhone.

 

Not yet and no official word on when.

The status for this is implementation and doesn't accept any vote now. Does this mean this app is ready for use? Where can I find it?

 

I think Implementation means they are "going to do it". Implemented means it is done.
