IB Has Me Stuck In a Loop

  1. I am trying to complete IB's annual account information verification process.

    I cannot complete the process because IB has not sent a Confirmation Number to my email address even after requesting one 2 days in a row. It is not in the junk or spam folder and IB is not a blocked sender.

    I cannot do anything in Account Management such as open a ticket or look at my statements until I have completed this damn annual account information verification process.

    And of course, for the first time ever I cannot get IB customer service to answer the phone.

    Hey IB, let your account holders use Account Management functions even if they have not completed the annual account information verification process.

    Hey IB, I have to go through all the verification steps to even get to Account Management so why do I have to have another verification step at the end of the annual account information verification process?

    Frustrating as all holy heck.
