IB Globex stop limit order with dark blue status

  1. I put in a protective stop-limit order for my ES position earlier today. The order status was green but now it's dark blue. I checked the limit orders and they are getting the green status.
    Is anyone seeing the same problem?

    Why not contact the helpdesk who will be able to determine the status of the order right away?

    I'm in the US. All of the local desks are closed now.


  4. Doesn't Hong Kong pick up on the 800# at this time of morning?

    You can call HK or you can use the IB online chat service to speak to the HK desk.
  6. I haven't called them but IB replied to my e-mail within 20 minutes. They told me that the exchange received my order. But still, the order status is blue.

  9. I exited TWS and restarted it several times. No change.
