For the majors, yes, though sufficient depending on size.. B/A levels of 2-10 lots right now for the EuroFX vs 10-15M on IdealPro. Outside the majors, not many FX pairs are liquid on Globex.

Just now, 8:15 CET, the Pound on Globex has 2-5 pips spread, with sometimes less than 10 contracts on each side. My spot dealer quotes 1-2 pips spread with 5 to 30 mio. on each side. EuroFX and Yen are good most of the time, but especially the pound lacks liquidity during european hours, i wouldnt trade it during that time.
