I'm trying to get Interactive brokers to email me a monthly statement automatically that is encrypted. In the account management settings, it is greyed out and the help page says to call IB sales to set it up. I called customer support and sales and no one has ever heard of this. They're all very nice and I don't really care that much but was wondering if any IB customers on here actually have this set up? It'd be nice to not have to login to the website every month for the statement. Thanks!
I've never heard of this feature. IB use to E-mail the account statement daily but suspended this when they introduced it online several years ago.
