IB Downtime

down twice during last 2 hours, second time at about 3:50
on a slow afternoon, what could possibly be their excuse?

 

same here....quotes freeze or go down for 30sec or more periods a couple times a day.

Any answers on this Def?

 

really has gotten bad in the last few days. i noticed this with all the volume we've been getting lately. surely probably a # thing...time to buy more servers!

 

I can't log back into TWS. It worked fine through the FOMC announcement, but then froze later.

 

The TWS connection finally came back at 3:12.

But I'm still getting old Bid and Ask data for ES, though eSignal data is fine...

 

I had to close the TWS and restart it to get it to log back in.

 

I've logged back in, but it's completely dead.

 

yeah, my connection went out for about 10 minutes. Its back up now.

 

Down about 7 mins ~15:05 to 15:12

 

My Bid and Ask are still YELLOW in TWS and OLD DATA, even after 5 or 6 logons. It's now 3:36.
