IB down!

Tried to relogin. Can't get past login screen.

 

Been there and done that. They told me to just close my account. Nice guys.

 

you mean close it permanent?

 

i somehow doubt they would tell a client to go to another broker unless they were being a real hassle.

 

First time I ever called them. The guy that I talked to was a rotten bastard.

No, don't do that. Try sending a PM to IB Salvatore. I think management will be steamed as hell about this. Give them a chance to make it right.

 

dunno, I may not get immediate results , but I never got anyone at IB telling me to close my account.

When you get half a story you get half the truth.

 

sad how guys that make a profit no matter what can be such assholes to their customers..

 

If anyone has specific examples of this behavior, I am very interested.
