IB down?

Is anyone having problems with IB today 8-28-02?

 

I cant get on, either stand alone or browser

System down. Phone lines busy !!!!!!

 

It seems like every single day they have problems.....

 

Yes. Down!!!!

How often would they down every week ? And usually for how long?

 

a second electronic broker
to handle emergencies when IB is down

prudent thing to do ... or sit it out until they go back up

Same here...Down. I'm not able to cancel a trade that is not going quite as I had hoped.

 

10:00 EST We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Some quotes and order routing may be affected. We are currently working to resolve this issue.

Get some HOT REDUNDANCY IB, and hire a guy that knows how to implement it properly.

Gotta spend some to make some.
