Kept logged out. The connection was cut off every 15 to 20 minutes. Anyone knows when they are going to fix it???

I feel that the IB usually downs during the open of the US markets. It has less problem in the morning of Europe. Why? Is it because their system cannot handle the number of connections?
I had an outage today like the rest of you. But I have noticed of late --alot more disconnects and reconnects. It seems like this newer platform has some bugs that need to be worked out!
i'm running standalone TWS 854.7(dec 2005) which is pretty old. having issues. on another comp paper trading running on 856(2006) same thing. connection was lost for 2 minutes couple times so far for last hour. so-looks like it's not TWS version related issue and i hope -it will be fixed soon.miss couple good trades, but-it's ok.
