I was logged in earlier then I got the pink borders. Their status page still says "no reported problems". Chat is not available yet so I sent them an email.
they are down, i love it when you call customer service when markets are open and they tell you to call back during business hours.
IB have one of the most useless customer service of any brokers i have used by far. I thought they were great at first until I realize when you have real problems, they're motto is wait and it'll fix it self. I miss being treated like a king with Ameritrade Apex.
Just got on here with stand alone on West Coast Florida. Seems o.k. "so far" Last week was rough, with the Pink, log in problems after cut offs etc, etc, etc.....
You nailed it polpolik, customer is always wrong, we can go fuk ourselves. Thats if you can even get a response.
