Anyone trade with Tradestation? How's their reliability?

IB Management Decision

When IB goes down because of cheap, non-redundant systems...
And the Customer tries to repeatedly log back in...
The account should be frozen for a Penalty Period.

 

same here...let me guess, if a call is placed to IB, the recording will say, "All systems operating normally".

 

Bullshavik. Can't even get a call through to them.
