IB down again, might be my fault

  1. IB was up and down and up and down the entire after-hours session tonight, but I'm wondering whether it's me. I tried to update TWS to get the latest version, and I'm getting an error upon installation:

    "An I/O error occured when installing a file. This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file."

    So, what should I do from here? Should I uninstall/re-install TWS or is this an issue that IB is dealing with?
