IB - determining why they cancelled my trade

  1. My buy stop for bonds on CDE was cancelled this morning and I can't figure out why. their chat booted me off after transferring me, so I opened a ticket, but wanted to know if there was anyplace else I could look on my system to get a reason why the order was cancelled (while I'm waiting the usual 3 weeks before they respond to a ticket)?

    My audit trail just shows it was cancelled, and the log doesn't mention it (that I could see). Anyplace else I could look?
