IB data

    the demo account shows data connection ok

    but real account shows not stable

    sometimes it loses sometimes it connects

    what is wrong

    Call ib support (or webchat them).

    I suspect that both are bad but the demo has much lower standards of connectivity and doesnt "notice" the issue.
