I bet every customer is logged on. Maybe server upgrade needed.

From my experience, it's an IB issue. Have had similar problems with Ninja and Multicharts using IB feed both today and Thurs of last week. Otherwise, IB has been trouble-free. Some wild times we're experiencing these last few weeks, so expect and be prepared for data issues.

Using MC, my quick-fix solution is to completely delete the contract from the quote manager and start new ES template with only 1-2 days worth of backfill. When EOD rolls around with less traffic, I reload necessary historical.

Also try to have your systems loaded and running 30-60mins before NY open (930EST).

anyone experiencing data being slow in the futures today

we are finding the bid /ask lagging and a lot of the trades are above or below the bid /ask and then we get the move.

have missed several entries and exits

    appreciate any response

we are noticing taht the bid / ask it not correct

cl last 5 mins the trades are mostly above or below the bid ask ie bid 9850 ask 9855 and the trades are in the 30's or above with the last trade volume not matching the volume

we have attempted several times to exit at bid /ask to no avail
this has also happened in nq and es

Was trading the ES during the Senate vote using IB's BookTrader and it seemed to be fine. Volume picked up (100's) from about 20:52 EDT and still in that range.
