Be warned. Although the closing time for the evening Globex session is 11:00 EST, IB loses their link to Globex at 10:50. THIS IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS AND EXCHANGES PAGE. Last night, I was long EUR trying to get a limit sell 10 minutes before the close. I intended to go to the market before the session ended if I did not get done. I changed my order and saw the EUR trade through my offer. Then I found out the news. Fortunately, about 2 hours later, I got out a little better. If I dealt with it the next morning, I would have lost my account as the EUR is down more than a penny.
