I just had a "Live Chat" with the people at Ovestock.com....keep on reading....about a problem from a January order..... they knew right away everything about it...details, codes, reference numbers etc etc etc....AND were very courteous, and friendly and solved the problem....seemed eager to help...this was only an order for less than 20 bucks!!!...Shouldn't I get similar not equal but at least SIMILAR service on 2 accounts totaling >$350k with another possible $500K that could be brought if cust svc was more helpful and knowledgable IB...here is your chance...fire the bunch at CS from the Head of the dept on down and raid the team at Overstock.!!! I can't wait...good luck.
I hear their support dept also eats kittens just for fun!! They must be stopped, won't someone do something???!!

Well known that IB's CS is terrible -- probably getting worse !! Now they've changed statements so you need PhD to interpret them & if your an active trader forget it. Anyone know if we have any chance of getting "legacy statements" back?
