IB customer service can't answer the phone?

    I don't know, fortunately I have never had to do that. I probably went through at least five full years without ever having to call ib one time. The only time now I call them is when there is something new on my screen and I can't get it back to the way it was during the five years I never had to call them even once.

    but I have added stops to all my positions just in case something craps out. I'm not that worried about ib, or even my computer, but the trader could go at any time.
