IB could charge $150 ,secure device slightly damaged....?

My secure device is slightly deteriorated
Mobile plastic is separated from secure device

Ib could charge any $ ????

mine has a broken latch. i am thinking about asking for a replacement. i don't think IB will charge much for the replacement. they must be getting these things at a great discount.

to whoever designed the latch: it is a piece of garbage.

i do like the security the token provides.
