IB connection problems again

  1. Starting around midnight PST until now (and that is over 8 hours later) IB connection has been down most of the time. It has been up only briefly for several seconds and down all the time except these intermittent breaks. I am using two ISPs (DSL and dial-up) and the problem exits with both connections. I had problems with the IB connectivity before but never for 8 hours.

    Anyone else having similar problems?
  2. My system is working. I was having lots of problems, so I got an old version of TS back and I'm not changing unless I have to. I was also having trouble with connectivity so I changed computers. Went from my desk top to my lap top and haven't had any problems with connectivity since. Can't guarantee that anything that I did really helped. I was desperate and had to try something.   3. On one of the computers (with a dial-up), I am using a very old version of TWS. It's not helping at all. Anyway, thanks for your tips.
