  1. Anyone experiencing IB clock off by 1 minute. I just download the latest TWS build, and the clock is off by a minutes.

  2. My tws gets its clock from the pc.

I doubt it. TWS timer is synchronized with the server when it starts. The time difference means that PC timer not set correctly. Every time correction on PC will change TWS timer correspondently.

  4. Not this morning. IB TWS was off.
Economic report release sharp at 8.30 am, but TWS still showing 8.29 am.
    Eventually it did synchronize correctly.

  5. haven't noticed that .. but i have noticed er2 quotes aren't turning grey between 4:15 and 4:30 since that brief globex outage the other day

Did you change clock on your PC between TWS start and the report?

Or do you have the auto-sync turned on? Last time I checked, Microsoft's auto-sync didn't sync correctly, causing the time to be off by some number of seconds because it didn't bother setting the seconds - only the minutes.

I use the code from NIST personally.
