IB chat

  1. IB chat representatives are worse than a PMSing biatch. I am getting really sick of it. 5 times I had to try to get someone to talk to. Got the usual red message "online help unavailable" twice. Then I got dropped once. Then I went to the German chat , as all the others were apparently down. There I got the same rep that "disappeared" in the previous session. They REFUSED to talk and help me in English , replying in German and sent me to another chat which took another 5 min to wait. Then I got some other guy who did not answer my question . All the while I had a position to monitor .

    Look I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME FOR THESE STUPID GAMES ! Taking 3 min or more to reply to a Q, ending the chat prematurely because you have a bad day, stubbornly not listening and replying inaccurately etc. etc. This is unacceptable. I want accurate answers to my questions fast, don't have time to wait or ask twice or more .

    ya I hear ya. I use IB for some of my trading and I like them as a broker but their chat support is pritty bad I must say. they cant ever anser any question. I always leave 10-20 minutes later still wondering what the answe is and my finger are sore from typing my question and trying to explain it a bunch of times.

    I feel for ya bud.
