Twice today, while in the middle of the chat, the following quote appeared while I was waiting for the CSR to respond: "ChatSys: No activity from customer side in the last 30 seconds. Session may be terminated by CSR, if customer does not respond". This should only appear if the CSR is talking to me & I'm not there & should not happen in the event the CSR isn't responding to me. Anyway, on the first chat, it (or the rep) actually did cut on me when the rep was stuck. Before drawing any conclusions, I would like to ask if anyone else has had this same problem in neutral situations? In situations where the CSR "was stuck"?
