IB charts

I used to be able to access good charts thru IB, but now they display no information on the axis. I can't find anyway to fix this, anyone else experienced this?

 

IB chart is a disgrace to trading community. It's a joke. There are too many problems with IB chart. Personally, I cannot stand the fact that IB chart is NOT real-time, lags for a few seconds, and makes active trading impossible. I have an impression that IB doesn't want active traders as their customers.

 

They do have some advantages, for the moment I just wish to get the charts going

 

You're totally right. After using IB for a short time I'll switch to Mirus Futures soon.
(yes I know NT isn't perfect as well ;-)

 

IB sorted the problem out OK, just had to tweak a couple of unexpected settings.

 

Two words: Sierra Chart.
