IB Charging quote fees now?

    Of course, with this kind of volume, one could further reduce the commissions by trading e-mini Naz contracts rather than the QQQ.

    Minimum Savings: $60.00-$19.20 = $40.80 per day. assume 20 days per month = $816 per month = $9792 per year.

    Nope, here's the relevant info from their web site:

    If you have a US equity or option Non-Professional account, you may choose to receive no market data. In this case you will be charged an inactivity fee of $3 on the first of each month, less any commissions you spent in the preceding month. These accounts may trade without market data. All Professionals and futures accounts must subscribe to at least one market data service.
