IB Cannot Connect to Server

Both my IB TWS and mobile App cannot connect to IB's server since about 40 minutes ago. As of now, it still cannot connect.

 

I just logged in the mobile app from uk
and it's ok here

 

I have been trying to log in from the US. Still no luck.

 

I can log on with Gateway on my computer. However, I noticed that there is a problem in downloading historical data for US futures and forex rates. Downloading on European and Asian futures goes without issues.

 

Finally it got connected. It took about one hour.

 

yes, I'm in Sydney. Primary server connection was ok. US Data servers were down for over an hour. The connections should be ok now.

Same situation here: downloading historical data works again.

 

I've been connected all morning, with TWS and using the API.

No problems.
