IB Cancellations 3 cents

    Cancellation fees cut to $0.03 per contract!:)

    And liquidity rebates seem to be up, cutting my commish to 2 cents in some cases.

    It's AWESOME they finally did it. I've been pissing and moaning about it for the past 5 years!
