I've been track my daily cancellation. I found in several days the actual cancel fee is much higher than the one calculated by using my tracking number of cancellations. This happens now more frequent than they used to be. I find it is perhaps because there are some SMART orders got re-routed to non-ISE exchanges for execution (done or not). This makes difference from my observation on whether the fee matches my tracking number. So, what on earth is the LATEST policy regarding the automatic rerouting on SMART orders. Should they be charged cancellation fee? I remember IB said no at the begining. But then again, they could change something in the Matrix before letting us know it. Hope this is not the case this time.

Pete is completely legit. If you're not comfortable sending the cancel info to Pete, PM or e-mail me and I'll forward it. IB doesn't charge for re-routing via SMART but if you modify your SMART order, that is a different story.
