Can't remember the last time I've seen so many bulletins in one day. Reminds me of a suggestion I made to them a couple of years ago. Which was to categorize the bulletins so the user can choose which category of bulletins they receive. Categories might be for example "Equity ECN's, "Equity Exchanges" and "Futures Exchanges". If they really wanted to get industrious they could even allow the selection or deselecting of individual exchanges. This way a futures trader wouldn't be annoyed with all the ECN or AMEX failure bulletins. An equities trader wouldn't have to see that the eCBOT is down (again).
i'd really also like access to a record of all bulletins time and date stamped to study the effects of these outages. sometimes i've been away from the machine and see the amex or cbot is back online, and want to know when exactly it went down, but can't find out. how do we access past bulletins
