I wonder,has anyone ever physically gone to an IB office to sort out their problems?They have about three of them on the planet dont they?
Trying to set up an on-line trading account with I.B. and not sure how much margin i need to trade the Dax index. Also so, living in Australia can i keep my trading account in Australia or do i have to have it in the U.S. with I.B. Thanks
Guess I'm a shill, but I'm at IB for one reason and that is the fast execution and low commissions. IB saves me thousands of dollars a year in commissions with reliable executions and that is all that needs to be said. As for customer service, most of my experiences have been good. I've been with them for many years now.
