Lately I have noticed this: TWS for me seems about~ 1 sec ahead of my local computer time. This is after sync'ing my local system to both time.windows.com and the nist servers, but using the built-in windows time sync. The behavior of being ahead is new within the last two weeks - prior to that TWS was always behind by .5 to 1 sec. Does anyone know of a good time-sync program that works on Win 7/ x64? EDIT: Maybe I've been fooled by Windows. When running the software from NIST, the NIST software shows my system ahead by .5sec while Windows time (lower right on desktop) shows me behind a bit. I suspect that the Windows time is running on a slow UI-refresh thread and simply showing the "current" time a sec late. BTW - the 32 bit NIST app works fine on Win 7/x64
