IB and MOO/LOO orders

TWS users's guide states that TWS does NOT support market-on-open and limit-on-open orders for equities traded on NASDAQ.

I was shocked! Is that possible?

 

Last time I looked at this issue, IB does allow these orders but they are simulated, not native.

 

MOO and LOO orders are simulated because they're not native on NASDAQ

 

What is this then?
